We take a practical and disciplined approach to managing risk across our operations.

This includes:

  • working with trusted subcontractors and suppliers
  • maintaining clear standards of conduct across our sites
  • ensuring appropriate supervision and oversight of works
  • operating in line with applicable employment and labour laws

 

We expect all parties working with ROQ to operate lawfully and responsibly.

Supply chain

ROQ engages subcontractors and suppliers who support the delivery of our projects.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that those we work with:

  • operate in accordance with relevant employment legislation
  • provide safe and fair working conditions
  • do not engage in exploitative labour practices

 

We will not knowingly work with organisations that do not meet these expectations.

Ongoing responsibility

We recognise that managing these risks is an ongoing responsibility.

As ROQ continues to grow, we will continue to review and strengthen our approach to responsible business practices.
