ROQ delivers controlled demolition and site strip-out as part of integrated enabling works and civil engineering packages across infrastructure, renewable energy, public sector and private developments throughout Ireland. Operating on a self-delivery model, ROQ combines specialist plant with in-house engineering, project management and health and safety teams.

Scope of works

We deliver a full range of demolition and site strip-out services, including:

  • Full structural demolition of buildings and structures
  • Removal of slabs, foundations and hardstanding
  • Demolition of multiple structures across large sites
  • Site strip-out and clearance of redundant infrastructure
  • Breaking and processing of reinforced concrete structures
  • Segregation, removal and management of demolition materials

Delivery model

ROQ operates a self-delivery model, maintaining full control over demolition operations through detailed planning and sequencing, integration with enabling works and site clearance, deployment of specialist plant and attachments, and scalable resource allocation for large or complex sites.

How we manage structural complexity

ROQ is experienced in demolition requiring temporary works 
and structural support, including propping and temporary stabilisation, sequenced demolition in constrained or sensitive environments, and coordination with engineers and design teams.
